How Does it Work

Step 1: Placing your order
1. Once you've added all the items you need to your shopping cart, proceed to the checkout and complete the purchase. We can accept all major credit and debit cards. You can also pay by cheque or EFT (Electronic Funds Transfer) if you prefer. Please note to pay via EFT please place your order and select to pay by cheque and drop an email to alan@snowandtrail.com that you would like to pay by EFT for further information and confirmation.
2. As soon as your payment has been authorised you will receive your order confirmation on screen and by email.

Step 2: Check your voucher
1. As soon as we receive your order, we will confirm availability with our reps in Bansko, before emailing you your Snow and Trail Voucher Pack.
2. When you receive your voucher, check that all of the details are correct and let us know if any of the details are incorrect or need to be changed.

Step 3: Collecting your pack
1. Included in your Snow and Trail Voucher Pack are detailed instructions on where to go and what to do, so don't forget to print and take it with you.
2. On your first morning follow the directions to the hire shop opposite the gondola. Our reps will already be expecting you, so your lift passes, equipment and instructor will all be ready and waiting. George or one of his colleagues will ensure that your equipment is the right fit and configured to suit your ability. When you're ready, you can cross the road and board the gondola for the trip up to the resort. Immediately after existing the gondola, you'll find your instructor waiting for you at the big 'Meeting Point' sign.
How do I change or cancel my booking?

it may not be possible to make changes to your order or cancel
your booking at this stage. If we are able to change or cancel
your order, we reserve the right to charge an administration fee
(not more than 10% of your complete order) to cover costs.
